1. Who we are
Pondokislami operates the browser game and editorial website at play.pondokislami.com. Our contact person for this website and privacy inquiries is surianta, reachable at [email protected]. This policy covers browsing our pages, viewing advertising, opening embedded games and contacting us. Independent game providers and advertising vendors also process information under their own policies.
No Pondokislami account is required. Acknowledging this policy or browsing the website does not itself give consent to optional cookies or personalized advertising.
2. Data, collection and purposes
Information is collected automatically through requests, logs, cookies and similar technologies, or voluntarily when you email us or send information through a third-party game’s own interface.
- Connection and device information: IP address, User-Agent, browser and operating system, language, approximate location, timestamps and error information. Used to deliver pages and games, secure the service and investigate faults.
- Browsing and interaction information: pages and game links visited, referring page, ad impressions, clicks and interaction events. Used for service operation, advertising measurement, fraud prevention and usage analysis. Advertising providers may combine this with activity on other sites where permitted.
- Identifiers and storage: cookie IDs, advertising identifiers, consent choices and game progress or settings stored by a game provider. Used for consent management, game functionality, ad delivery, frequency control and personalization where permitted.
- Communications and form information: your email address, name if supplied, message, attachments and information you choose to provide. Used to answer requests, resolve complaints and handle rights or ownership inquiries. This site has no first-party account or submission form; forms within external games are operated by their providers.
We do not ask for payment details, precise location or sensitive personal information to browse our library. Please do not send sensitive information in a general support message.
3. Google and advertising partners
This website displays advertising through Google publisher advertising services, including Google Ad Manager / AdX and AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve advertisements based on a user’s previous visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show personalized advertisements based on visits to this and other sites on the Internet, subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements.
Advertising processing can include IP addresses, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, pages visited, ad impressions, clicks and inferred interests. Advertising providers use these to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent invalid traffic and, with permission where required, personalize advertising. Non-personalized advertising can still involve limited storage or data processing for security, delivery and measurement.
You can disable Google personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings / My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses data on partner sites in Google’s partner-sites disclosure and review Google’s Privacy Policy.
Other advertising networks participating through Google’s advertising services are identified by name and policy link in the advertising consent message’s vendor list. The relevant providers depend on the auction and your region. See Google’s named advertising technology provider list for provider websites and privacy information. Use a provider’s linked privacy or opt-out page to disable its personalized advertising where offered, or use the DAA opt-out tool and Your Online Choices for participating providers. A provider directory is not a claim that every listed company receives your data.
4. Third-party services and recipients
| Service / provider | Data and purpose | Policy and choices |
|---|---|---|
| Google: Ad Manager / AdX, AdSense and participating ad technology providers | Device and connection data, cookies, browsing and ad events for ad delivery, measurement, security and permitted personalization. | Google privacy; ad choices; named vendors and links in the CMP. |
| Advertising consent management service | Consent status, vendor and purpose preferences, regional and device signals. The consent message identifies its operator. | The message’s vendor details, accept, reject and preference controls; “Privacy & advertising choices” in our footer. |
| Embedded game delivery: oss.gamescdn.top and www.datinginfo.top | IP, User-Agent, referrer and game interactions when you start a game; provider-controlled cookies or browser storage for game operation, progress and any in-game services. | gamescdn.top delivery endpoint; datinginfo.top game host. Review notices within each game or contact us to identify a provider. These are delivery links, not verified privacy-policy pages. |
| Website hosting and delivery | HTTP requests, IP, User-Agent and access/security logs to deliver static pages, JSON and local images. A game’s separate CDN receives requests when that game loads. | Contact surianta for infrastructure and processor details relating to a specific request. |
| Email support via Gmail (Google) | Email sender details, message and attachments when you contact us. | Google privacy; submit access or deletion requests to our contact address. |
Our website’s usage analysis relies on delivery/security information and advertising reports. The site pages do not load a separate Google Analytics tag or an external font service. Embedded games may load their own resources and analytics under their provider’s notices; this policy does not describe unverified analytics or CDN brands as first-party integrations. We share information with service providers and authorities when necessary to run the service, respond to lawful requests or protect rights, and do not send your support messages to advertisers.
6. Consent and advertising choices
For users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized advertising requires a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). The advertising consent message must explain personalized advertising on its first layer and offer clear Accept, Reject and preference controls. Optional purposes must not be treated as accepted merely because you continue browsing.
Use the consent message to see vendor names and links, choose purposes, object where applicable and withdraw consent. The footer’s Privacy & advertising choices button reopens Google’s consent controls when that service is available; otherwise it opens direct advertising and privacy links. Those links are not a substitute for a certified CMP and do not create a TCF consent signal.
You can also disable personalization in Google Ads Settings, visit other vendors’ linked opt-out pages and block or delete cookies in your browser. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Refusing personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising.
7. Data retention
Our retention schedule is limited to what we control. Providers may retain their own records for different periods described in their policies; browser cookie duration is not the same as server-side retention.
- Routine access and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days; security incidents may be retained for up to 12 months after resolution.
- Support emails and voluntarily submitted information: up to 24 months after the inquiry closes, then deleted or minimized unless needed for an ongoing dispute or legal duty.
- Privacy request correspondence: up to 3 years after closure to document handling; unnecessary verification material is removed sooner.
- Consent preferences and evidence: preferences are renewed according to the CMP’s expiry, normally within 13 months; evidence needed to demonstrate consent or refusal may be retained for up to 3 years after replacement or withdrawal.
- Advertising and usage reports we control: identifiable operational exports, if made, for up to 14 months; aggregate reports may be kept longer if they cannot reasonably identify a person.
- Game progress: controlled by the game provider or stored on your device until its expiry or your deletion. We cannot directly erase a separate provider’s storage.
Where a legal hold requires longer retention, we restrict use to that purpose and delete or minimize the information when the hold ends.
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy of information, or object to processing including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. California and other US state residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where those laws apply. Advertising disclosures may count as sharing or a sale under some laws even where no money changes hands.
Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request, your requested action and the page, date or provider involved. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically need proportionate verification. We verify only what is necessary, respond within applicable legal deadlines (generally one month for EEA/UK requests, or 45 days where relevant US laws apply), and explain any lawful extension or refusal. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
We do not have a first-party profile that identifies every visitor. If a request relates to a cookie or game provider, we may need limited identifying information to locate it or direct you to the independent provider. Contact us if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you need help confirming how an advertising vendor applies it.
9. Legal bases, transfers and security
Where required, we rely on consent for optional storage, personalized advertising and consent-based measurement; legitimate interests for necessary delivery, security and responding to inquiries where permitted; contractual necessity to provide requested services; and legal obligations to meet binding requirements. We assess interests against your rights. Strictly necessary storage is distinguished from optional advertising and analytics.
Google, game hosts and email or infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a restricted international transfer, the responsible provider must use an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to data under our control. We use reasonable access restrictions and operational safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Age and children
The website is intended for people aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children under 16. Do not submit personal information if you are under 16. If we learn we hold personal information from a child in breach of applicable law, we take steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact [email protected] with concerns.
11. Changes and contact
We update this policy when our services or practices change. The effective date appears above; material changes are highlighted on this website and consent is requested again where required. For privacy inquiries or to identify a service processing your data, contact surianta at [email protected].
